General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between WHEE (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") making a purchase on the website www.whee.fr. By validating his order, the Customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

2. Product information

  • Product Description : The essential characteristics of the products are detailed on each product sheet. The photos are not contractual and may vary slightly from the final product.
  • Availability : Product offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Price

  • All prices indicated on the site are in euros (€) and include taxes (TTC).
  • Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order and depend on the shipping method chosen by the Customer.
  • WHEE reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Orders

  • Order process : The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the basket and proceeds to validation by providing his personal information. The order is confirmed after validation of the payment.
  • Order confirmation : A confirmation is sent by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.

5. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods : Credit card, PayPal and other methods specified on the site.
  • Payment is secured using encryption protocols that comply with current standards.
  • Any order not paid within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery areas : Products are deliverable in mainland France and in the areas indicated on the site.
  • Delivery times : Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and are mentioned when ordering. WHEE undertakes to respect these deadlines, except in cases of force majeure.
  • Liability for loss or delay : WHEE cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to the carrier.

7. Withdrawal and returns

  • Right of withdrawal : The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.
  • Return of products : Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • Refund : Refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.

8. Warranty and after-sales service

  • All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

9. Liability

  • The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages linked to the use of the product.
  • The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Protection of personal data

The data collected during the order are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy . The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting dpo@whee.fr .

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the WHEE site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and cannot be used without prior authorization.

12. Disputes

  • These T&Cs are governed by French law.
  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
